Who Am I Now?

Finding your footing when your life changes shape

A free, live workshop with Elizabeth Mintun
August 26th · 1pm ET · Live on Zoom

Sound familiar?

You've felt it, haven't you?

That moment where you look up and realize so much has shifted in your life… and you're not quite sure who you are on the other side of it.

Maybe it's a job that ended. A kid who's suddenly not a kid anymore. The loss of someone or something special to you. A relationship, a role, a chapter that closed its door.

You're not alone. And you're in the right place.

The hour

What we'll do together

In this hour, we'll explore how to find our footing when life shifts beneath us, using nature as our guide.

We'll start with a little nervous system education — why change, uncertainty, and loss land in the body the way they do, and why that response makes so much sense.

Then we'll move into a simple, guided practice to notice which nature archetype feels most alive and supportive to you right now… because nature already knows how to do what we're trying to learn: how to lose a season and trust that the next one is coming.

This isn't about having the answers. It's about finding your ground while you're still figuring it out.

You'll learn

Three things to take with you

What your nervous system is doing with uncertainty

Why change, loss, and transition land in the body the way they do, and why that response makes sense.

A grounding practice you can return to

Simple enough to use any time you feel unmoored, whether you're at home, at work, or standing in a parking lot.

One image to carry with you

Drawn from your own body's response — a quality in nature that feels most alive and supportive to you right now.
