This experience is a space to put that down.

What This Is:

This is not a typical workshop

It’s a 2-day (4 hours total) guided, experiential immersion designed to help you move:

  • out of your head

  • back into your body

  • and into a deeper, more sustainable sense of steadiness

Over two days, you’ll be led through a series of practices rooted in:

breathwork

guided meditation

gentle, intuitive movement

creative, art-based expression

Alongside this, we’ll explore and connect with nature-based archetypes, like the River, Roots, Bamboo, and the Ocean, as living reflections of resilience, adaptability, and grounding.

This is about experiencing something different.

you’ll begin to feel what steadiness actually is - so you can return to it day-to-day in your real life.

  • Transition out of the week and into presence

  • Breathwork to release tension and mental noise

  • Guided meditation to settle the nervous system

  • Creative expression to begin externalizing what you’ve been holding

  • Archetypal exploration (Bamboo, Ocean, Storm)
