The invitation

When did you last truly pause? Not just slow down... but actually sink into that deep stillness that lives under all the noise?

We live in a world that rewards fullness - full schedules, full inboxes, full minds. We pour and pour until we're running on empty.

The Sacred Pause offers a half day of intentional stillness and gentle renewal. Through movement, music, shared story, and sacred silence, we'll practice the radical act of creating space - releasing what weighs us down so that something new and beautiful can grow.

You don't need to bring anything but yourself. Just come, and breathe.

"Empty yourself and let the universe fill you."

— LAO TZU

Your Guides

Hi! I'm Elizabeth Mintun

I am a psychotherapist and mindful life coach. I've helped hundreds of people shift from feeling depleted and overwhelmed to living with greater confidence, energy, and inspiration.

I know firsthand the power of reflection and self-care in creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. Through my many years of work with people in psychotherapy, as well as coaching, I have found that the most life-changing results can come from reflection, retreat, and connection in nature.

Sometimes we need to get away from our daily life and responsibilities in order to truly find the rest and replenishment we need. This can be even more powerful within a compassionate and intentional community.

You might be surprised how much you'll be replenished from one weekend way AND how much these your new energy and insights can enhance your daily life.

Hi! I'm Ami Peacock

I am a licensed social worker and have worked in schools, non-profits, hospitals, and churches doing community outreach programs in the U.S. and other countries.

I love finding ways for people to connect with themselves and with each other.

I have been practicing mindfulness and yoga for over 30 years. I've been attending retreats since I was in high school. Retreats have always been a place for me to reset. To feel my feet on the ground. To remember who I am.

Health and wellness have been instrumental in my life. Mind, body, and Spirit connection has kept me grounded. I have given various workshops on self-care and compassion fatigue. It is critical to care for ourselves in order to care for others.

I hope you will join us and find a space to BE. To be still. To rest. To connect with yourself, with the earth, and with others.
